At Natural Factors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
